Community Assist recently approached WOW Creative to rebrand. A small business that has grown organically, Community Assist offers simple support services to clients, especially navigating NDIS plans. With the mindset for future growth and to broaden their support reach and services, we all agreed that a business review was key. To begin with, we worked through a brand workshop, solidifying their brand values and concluding with a positioning statement, one that captured the business with an eye to their future growth. This document became crucial in developing the new brand and its language as well as acting as a compass point for the organisation to build upon continually.

 

Working with the team, we have been steadily rolling out the brand in stages. Part of the staged rollout was launching the brand internally to staff. Based on the positioning statement of “Support made simple” we recently filmed a conversational style video with key staff talking through the process they had been involved in, capturing the team talk about their hopes, dreams and vision for Community Assist. In turn, this video has a dual purpose, enabling Community Assist to use it as a key onboarding asset when employing new staff.

 

The key to a successful staged roll out? The brand styleguide, an invaluable document when communicating with a variety of staff, clients and external organisations. We can confidently say that the future is looking bright for Community Assist.
